10731) I’m a well-known celebrity and I have anorexia nervosa. I’m probably one of the last people you would expect to have this disease, especially since I’m not clinically underweight nor have I ever appeared as so. It doesn’t change the fact that this is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.

Does anyone else think this could have been Demi Lovato? It was December 2010…

Such a bad day.

Feeling extremely fat today. Hate how I make that word a feeling.

Scale problems.

I haven’t posted on here in months…. But I have 3 and a half months to kick my ass into shape. Literally. First, I know we’re not supposed to rely on the scale, we’re supposed to “rely on our appearance”, but when your weight is higher, obviously it’s initially about losing lbs. Anyways… My scale said I was 140 two months ago, and now it says 155.. It hasn’t necessarily been the absolute most reliable scale in the past, but at the same time I googled the weight of my laptop and tried weighing it on the scale (it’s a mechanical scale by the way, not digital) which came out correctly.. Recently it’s said I’m about 150-155. I’m extremely confused because I look smaller than I did then (I’ve even been told so) and I feel better also. Does/has anyone else have/had this problem?

Remember how it first felt when you started losing weight? When the number on the scale got smaller and smaller, when your clothes got bigger and bigger, when your confidence level went higher and higher. Don’t let that feeling get taken away from you. Remember how good that felt? Get that back. Don’t lose yourself to discouragement and laziness. Come on, girl. You can do this.
